we aim to ship out any orders within 3 working days from when the order placed. We use parcel force world wide for shipments with a fully tracked service. Once your order has been processed you will recive an email and or text message with shipping details. Shipping to Europe and the states is around 4 working days however we have no control over customs and you parcel may be held there until they have contacted you and any duty if applicable has been paid.
